Next-Gen EFI Calibrations: Restoring Cylinder Torque Output

Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) coordinates your engine's combustion cycles, monitoring airflow, exhaust gases, and injector timing. Over time, engine fuel deposits and carbon buildup can lead to performance drops and poor fuel efficiency. That's where calibration comes in.

EFI Drift and Carbon Build-up

Fuel injectors operate using tolerances thinner than a human hair, spraying fuel mist under high pressure. Even small carbon blockages can disrupt this spray pattern. This causes uneven combustion, rough idling, and engine knocking.

Our EFI Diagnostics and Cleaning

Our calibration process begins with scanner readouts measuring fuel trim levels. Next, we clean injectors using specialized ultrasonic equipment, checking flow rates and spray patterns before reinstalling them. Finally, we reset the ECU's adaptive logs, allowing the engine to adjust to the cleaned system and restore original performance.
